Getting Started with YardKonnect
1. Create Your Account
Download the YardKonnect mobile app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Click "Sign Up" and provide your email and password. After registration, choose your account type:
- Landlord: For property owners and managers listing properties for rent
- Tenant: For individuals searching for properties to rent
- Both: For users who want to both list properties and rent properties
2. Verify Your Email
Check your email for a verification link from YardKonnect. Click the link to verify your email address. Email verification is required before you can access all features of the app.
3. Complete Your Profile
Add your personal information, phone number, and upload a profile photo. For enhanced trust and access to premium features, complete identity verification by uploading a government-issued ID (National ID, International Passport, or Driver's License).
4. Start Using YardKonnect
Landlords: Navigate to the "Portal" tab and click "Add Property" to list your first property.
Tenants: Go to the "Browse" tab to search available properties, save favorites, and submit applications.
